TF-12D gas mask

      TF-12D gas mask body adopts advanced rubber injection process in China. The mask is designed into the structure with double eye slits. Specific treatment has been performed with surface coating to the lens against mist, thus ensuring excellent mist resistance and vision; the suction valve seat inside the water blocking cover is designed into a buckle structure to ensure reliable assembly and prevent disconnection; the curved surface design is adopted at the joint of both sides, which facilitates close contact with the irregular canister, making the mask structure more compact; the curved canisters in both sides has light weight, low respiratory resistance and excellent dynamic balance; six mesh headbands are used for the mask fixing system, ensuring a comfortable match; the valve box type communicator can adapt to electroacoustic communication devices; the mask has a drinking function.

Technical requirements

Protective time: The protective time of TF-12D air-purifying gas mask depends on the performance of the selected filter.

Expiratory resistance ≤ 100 Pa (30 L/min)

Inhalation resistance ≤ 40 Pa (30 L/min)

Total field of vision ≥65%; binocular field of vision ≥24%; lower field of vision ≥ 35°

Inward leakage of mask ≤0.05%

Leak tightness of exhalation valve: The drop of negative pressure is not more than 500 Pa in 45 s when tested with 1180 Pa negative pressure.

      Note: It is strictly forbidden to use this type of gas mask under the condition of hypoxia. It is recommended to use long tube breathing apparatus, self-contained breathing apparatus or compressal air breathing apparatus.
