      The TF-11D curved air-purifying gas mask with large visual field mainly consists of a face mask and a canister. Wherein, the face mask is composed of a rubber cover body, a curved face shield with large visual field, and mesh headbands. The canister mainly comprises tank body, agents, high-efficiency glass fiber smoke filter layer, tank bottom and tank cover.

      The mask body is molded by injecting high-quality chlorinated butyl rubber or natural rubber (according to the requirements of users), with tight sealing, good leak tightness, good physical and mechanical properties, chemical protective properties and ageing-resistant performance; the eye slit adopts curved surface design, which makes the eyes close to the shield, facilitating use of optical instruments to achieve the best visual effect; The face shield of the mask is made of polycarbonate, which is anti-smog and scratch-proof, and has good optical and impact resistance; the lens is water-blocking type, which can ensure a clear field of vision during the use of the mask; the headbands can be adjusted according to the needs of the wearer, with proper elasticity, ensuring safe and comfort; the mask is equipped with mechanical-membrane communicator, with clear sound transmission and small sound transmission loss; the symmetry ensures good leak tightness, and the filter cartridges on two sides reduce inhalation resistance for long time protection.

Inhalation resistance ≤ 40 Pa (30 L/min)

Total field of vision ≥70%; binocular field of vision ≥55%; lower field of vision ≥ 35°

Inward leakage of mask ≤0.05%

Leak tightness of exhalation valve: The drop of negative pressure is not more than 500 Pa in 45 s when tested with 1180 Pa negative pressure.

      Note: It is strictly forbidden to use this type of gas mask under the condition of hypoxia. It is recommended to use long tube breathing apparatus, self-contained breathing apparatus or compressal air breathing apparatus.
