Z-A-P3-2 filter element

      The filter mainly consists of the cylindrical aluminum shell and high-quality and high-adsorption activated carbon and high-efficiency glass fiber smoke filter layer, with a standard universal thread of M40*4 with interchangeability, and brown + pink labels. It is mainly used to provide defense against organic gases and vapors: benzene and its homologues, chlorine, acetone, alcohols, aniline, carbon disulfide, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, methyl bromide, methyl chloride, nitroalkane, chloropicrin, dichloromethane, ethyl chloride, cyclohexane, phenylethane, trichloroethylene, phenol, toxic smoke and toxic smog.

Technical requirements:

Ventilation resistance: ≤ 140 (30 L/min) ≤ 610 (95 L/min)

Dust discharge capacity of filter: A filter ≤ 0.24 mg

Sealing: no bubbles should escape within 1 min under the pressure of (15±2) KPa.

Protective time for benzene (C6H6): ≥ 70min (test gas concentration 9.7mg/L)

Smoke filtering performance ≥99.99%

      The protective time is inversely proportional to the concentration of toxic agent. The higher the concentration, the shorter the effective protective time.

      This type of filter can be used in direct conjunction with the full face mask.
