Z-B/CO-P3 type filter element

      The filter consists of cylindrical iron shell, activated carbon-catalyst impregnated with different chemicals, hopcalite and smoke-filter made of high-efficiency glass fiber filter paper, with a standard universal thread of M40*4 with interchangeability, and orange + white + pink labels. It provides defense against carbon monoxide, all kinds of organic vapor, cyanogen chloride, hydrocyanic acid and its derivatives, toxic smoke, toxic smog, etc.

Technical requirements:

Ventilation resistance: ≤ 220 (30 L/min) ≤ 820 (95 L/min)

Dust discharge capacity of filter: ≤ 0.24 mg

Sealing: no bubbles should escape within 1 min under the pressure of (15±2) KPa.

Protective time for cyanogen chloride (CNCl): ≥ 50 min (test gas concentration 3.0 mg/L)

Protective time for carbon monoxide (CO): ≥ 100 min (test gas concentration 5.8 mg/L)

Smoke filtering performance ≥99.99%

      The protective time is inversely proportional to the concentration of toxic agent. The higher the concentration, the shorter the effective protective time.

      This type of filter must be used in conjunction with the full face mask through the breathing hose.
