Purpose and characteristics

      The RHZKF series positive pressure air respirator is a self-contained open breathing apparatus. It is widely used in fire fighting, chemical industry, shipping, petroleum, metallurgy, gas, oil storage, laboratories, mines and other industries, for firefighters or rescue workers to safely and effectively carry out fire fighting, rescue and rescue work in the environment of thick smoke, toxic gas, oxygen deficiency or toxic and harmful substances.

      The RHZKF series positive pressure air respirator is a type of positive pressure respiratory protective equipment. During use, the pressure inside the mask is always higher than the ambient atmospheric pressure. Therefore, its use is not limited by the concentration of harmful gases in the environment or the concentration of oxygen in the environment. It is a highly adaptable respiratory protective equipment.

      The face mask equipped with this product has a wide field of view, brightness, and good airtightness, and can be quickly connected or disassembled with the supply valve. The radial and axial dimensions of the configured supply valve are relatively small, allowing for an expanded view under the mask. The supply valve adopts a wear free mechanism, which prolongs its service life and reduces the amount of maintenance required.

      This product is equipped with a residual gas alarm, which can emit an audible signal to the wearer under the specified pressure of the gas cylinder. After the residual gas alarm goes off, the product can still be used for 5-8 minutes, making it convenient for users to evacuate the site in a timely manner.

      The residual gas alarm of this product is located on the wearer's chest, and even in noisy or working environments with several staff members, the alarm whistle can be clearly heard to distinguish whose instrument has already sounded the alarm.

      Due to the quick integration and disassembly of the mask and supply valve of this product, the wearer's attire, use, and disassembly maintenance are simple and convenient.

      The rated working pressure of the RHZKF series respirator is 30Mpa. The gas cylinders have carbon fiber composite gas cylinders with volumes of 3.0L, 6.8L, and 9.0L, and the ribbon material is flame-retardant.
