TF series B non-powered air-purifying particle respirator (dust mask)

      The product mainly consists of mask body (half mask), filter element (dust filter cartridge), exhaust valve and strap. The mask body contacts your face closely, with good stability and wide field of view. It is designed with double dust filter cartridges to ensure the protection effect. The headbands can be adjusted according to the needs of the wearer, making it safer and more comfortable to wear. The respirator has high filter efficiency and low respiratory resistance. The filter material can be changed at any time, which is convenient to use. It is widely used in welding, mining, casting, metal smelting, polishing and chemical industries, and other workplaces that produce dust.

      The quality of the product meets the standard of GB 2626-2019 "Respiratory Protective Equipment - Non-powered Air-purifying Particle Respirator".

Technical requirements:

Appearance: the surface should be free from damage, deformation and other obvious defects.

Filter efficiency: ≥ 95.0%

      Leakage rate: when the leakage rate of each action is taken as the evaluation basis (i.e, 10 people × 5 actions), the leakage rate of at least 46 out of 50 actions should be < 11%, and when the overall leakage rate of people is taken as the evaluation basis, the overall leakage rate of at least 8 out of 10 subjects should be < 8%.

Expiratory resistance: ≤ 150 Pa

Inhalation resistance: ≤ 300 Pa

Leak tightness of exhalation valve: the leakage flow of expiratory valve should not exceed 30 mL/min, when tested with 249 Pa negative pressure.

Dead space: ≤1%

Binocular field of vision ≥ 65%, lower field of vision ≥ 35°

      Tension on headband tension: every headband, buckle and other adjusting parts of respirator should not slip or break when subjected to 50N tension for 10s.  

      Tension on connection and connection parts: all connections and connection parts between filter elements and face masks shall not slip, break or deform when they bear axial tensile force of 50N for 10s.
