TF-6D air-purifying gas mask with wide field of vision

      TF-6D air-purifying gas mask with wide field of vision is mainly composed of mask and filter. The mask body is molded by injecting high-quality natural rubber, with tight sealing, good leak tightness, good physical and mechanical properties, chemical protective properties and aging-resistant performance; double reversely folded sealing rings ensure a lower inward leakage coefficient; the polycarbonate face shield with wide field of vision has good optical performance and impact resistance; the lens is water-blocking type, which can ensure a clear field of vision during the use of the mask; the mask is equipped with communication device, which ensure a clear voice and small loss of sound transmission; the six headbands can be adjusted according to the needs of the wearer, with proper elasticity, ensuring comfort.

      The mask can be used in direct conjunction with the class-2 or used with class-3 filters through breathing hose. The gas mask can be equipped with various types of filters according to the protection requirements.

      As personal protective equipment, gas masks protects the respiratory organs, eyes and facial skins of personnel exposed in the working environment with toxic and harmful substance, such as chemical industry, warehouses and scientific research.

Such product conforms to relevant regulations of GB 2890-2022 Respiratory Protection - Non-powered Air-purifying Gas and Vapor Respirators.

Technical requirements:

Protective time: The protective time of TF-6D air-purifying gas mask depends on the performance of the selected filter.

Expiratory resistance ≤ 100 Pa (30 L/min)

Inhalation resistance ≤ 40 Pa (30 L/min)

Total field of vision ≥70%; binocular field of vision ≥55%; lower field of vision ≥ 35°

Inward leakage of mask ≤0.05%

Leak tightness of exhalation valve: The drop of negative pressure is not more than 500 Pa in 45 s when tested with 1180 Pa negative pressure.

Note: It is strictly forbidden to use this type of gas mask under the condition of hypoxia. It is recommended to use long tube breathing apparatus, self-contained breathing apparatus or compressal air breathing apparatus.
