TF213B non-powered air-purifying respirator filter

P-A-1

      The filter consists of plastic shell and high-quality and high-adsorption activated carbon inside, and brown labels. It is mainly used to provide defense against organic gases and vapors: benzene and its homologues, chlorine, acetone, alcohols, aniline, carbon disulfide, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, methyl bromide, methyl chloride, nitroalkane, chloropicrin, dichloromethane, ethyl chloride, cyclohexane, phenylethane, trichloroethylene, phenol.


The bayonet assembly structure facilitates installation and disassembly

The filter can be used in conjunction with TF213B non-powered air-purifying half mask.

Technical requirements:

Ventilation resistance: ≤ 80 (30 L/min) ≤ 400 (95 L/min)

Dust discharge capacity of filter: Type-A filter is ≤ 0.24 mg

Sealing: filter (cartridge) should be sealed

Protective time for benzene (C6H6): ≥ 45min (test gas concentration 5.0mg/L)


      The protective time is inversely proportional to the concentration of toxic agent. The higher the concentration, the shorter the effective protective time.


P-E-1

      The filter consists of plastic shell and activated carbon-catalyst impregnated with different metal oxides inside, and yellow labels. The filter provides defense against acidic gas and vapor, including sulfur dioxide, chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen oxides, phosgene, sulfur trioxide, cyanogen chloride, phosphorus and chlorine-containing organic pesticides, etc.

Protective time for sulfur dioxide (SO2): ≥ 25min (test gas concentration 2.7mg/L)

P-K-1

      The filter mainly consists of the plastic shell and activated carbon catalyst impregnated with different metal oxides, with green labels. It mainly provides defense against ammonia and hydrogen sulfide

P-B-1

      The filter mainly consists of plastic shell and activated carbon-catalyst impregnated with different metal oxides inside, and gray labels. The filter provides comprehensive defense against toxic gas, mainly including hydrocyanic acid, cyanogen chloride, hydrogen arsenide, phosgene, diphosgene, chloropicrin, benzene, methyl bromide, dichloromethane, Lewis gas, mustard gas, phosphine, toxic smoke and toxic smog.

Protective time for cyanogen chloride (CNCl): ≥ 22min (test gas concentration 0.6mg/L)

D-A/B/E/K-1

      The filter mainly consists of plastic shell, activated carbon catalyst impregnated with different metal oxides inside and smoke filter made of high-efficiency glass fiber filter paper, and brown + gray + yellow + green + pink labels. It can provide defense against organic, inorganic, acidic and alkaline gas or vapor, such as benzene, aniline, nitrobenzene, sulfur dioxide, chlorine, cyanogen chloride, ammonia, toxic smoke, toxic smog.

Protective time for benzene (C6H6): ≥ 70min (test gas concentration 9.7mg/L)

Protective time for cyanogen chloride (CNCl): ≥ 23min (test gas concentration 1.1mg/L)

Protective time for sulfur dioxide (SO2): ≥ 23min (test gas concentration 8.0mg/L)

Protective time for ammonia (NH3): ≥ 25min (test gas concentration 2.1mg/L)

Smoke filtering performance ≥99.99%
