The filter consists of plastic shell and high-quality and high-adsorption activated carbon inside, and brown labels. It is mainly used to provide defense against organic gases and vapors: benzene and its homologues, chlorine, acetone, alcohols, aniline, carbon disulfide, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, methyl bromide, methyl chloride, nitroalkane, chloropicrin, dichloromethane, ethyl chloride, cyclohexane, phenylethane, trichloroethylene, phenol.
The filter cartridge is connected with the half mask of TF211P non-powered air-purifying respirator through the cartridge cover, which is designed with bayonet assembly structure, facilitating installation and disassembly
Technical requirements:
Ventilation resistance: ≤ 80 (30 L/min) ≤ 400 (95 L/min)
Dust discharge capacity of filter: Type-A filter is ≤ 0.24 mg
Sealing: filter (cartridge) should be sealed
Protective time for benzene (C6H6): ≥ 45min (test gas concentration 5.0mg/L)
The protective time is inversely proportional to the concentration of toxic agent. The higher the concentration, the shorter the effective protective time.
P-E-1
The filter consists of plastic shell and activated carbon-catalyst impregnated with different metal oxides inside, and yellow labels. The filter provides defense against acidic gas and vapor, including sulfur dioxide, chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen oxides, phosgene, sulfur trioxide, cyanogen chloride, phosphorus and chlorine-containing organic pesticides, etc.
The filter cartridge is connected with the half mask of TF211P non-powered air-purifying respirator through the cartridge cover, which is designed with bayonet assembly structure, facilitating installation and disassembly
Technical requirements:
Ventilation resistance: ≤ 80 (30 L/min) ≤ 400 (95 L/min)
Dust discharge capacity of filter: E filter ≤ 0.12 mg
Sealing: filter (cartridge) should be sealed
Protective time for sulfur dioxide (SO2): ≥ 25min (test gas concentration 2.7mg/L)

P-K-1
